New Consultant Learning Opportunities

As a new consultant, the best things you can do to get started:

Spa 101---This class is once a month, usually the second week of the month.  Look for the emails or call your director to find out the date of the next Spa101.

                 See a spa from start to finish, learn how to pack your spa bag and how to organize clients and hostesses.

Watch a Spa---Go to a spa with the consultant you joined through or your director.

Grand Opening Spa---Schedule your Grand Opening Spa with the person you signed through or your director.  At your “GO” Spa we will help you introduce our           

                                 amazing products to your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers.

Spa Rally---Your director has a fun and informative monthly unit meeting; make sure you attend, they are a priority!!  They are great learning experiences, you also

                  get to see and try new products and network with other spa consultants of all career levels.

EmpowerU---Go through the EmpowerU modules on www.beautinet.com

Consultant Guide---Read through the Consultant Guide on Beautinet.

Forms on File---This area on Beautinet is filled with great information on all aspects of the business.  To get there, click forms on file under Business Tools on the

                         home page.

Spa University---This website has recorded workshops by top directors on all aspects of the spa business.  www.spauniversity.net  Click on Learning Library.

*****Remember, don’t get bogged down by trying to know everything and have all the answers.  Get out there, do a spa, have fun and if someone asks you a question and you don’t know the answer just say, “That is a really great question, I will have to get back to you on that.”  Then write it down and call your spa girlfriend, your director or BeautiControl and get back to your client as soon as you can. 

This is a fun business, so relax and make your spas FUN for your guests and for you!!!
