Monthly Team Recognition!!

Sales Achievement

Every month at our Team Spa Rally consultants are recognized for their achievement in sales of the previous month with gifts! (“Sales” refers to the retail amount ordered from BeautiControl)  Every consultant with sales of $500 or more receives achievement gifts.  Consultants must be present at the meetings to receive their gifts unless she/he lives two or more hours away from Team Spa Rally location. 

We recognize the:

$500 Club—consultants with retail sales of $500 to $999.99

$1000 Club---sales of $1000 to $1999.99

$2000 Club---sales of $2000 to $2999.99

$3000 Club---sales of $3000 to $3999.99

And so on…

Sharing the Opportunity (Recruiting)

First time recruiters receive a chain and “Fireball” pendant.

Recruiters then receive a Fireball to add to their chain every time they share the opportunity! 

Spas Held

Every month that a consultant holds two or more spas she receives an Italian charm of the month for her bracelet.  First time earners receive the bracelet and a charm.  Must be present.

Spin for Spas

At the Team Rally consultants spin the Prize Wheel for spas they have booked and posted on our online team spa calendar for that month. 

1 to 7 spas = 1 spin

8 or more spas = 2 spins

Must be present.

Good News

Email your director your BC Good News and she will share it in an email with the team and your name goes into the Good News Drawing held at the monthly Team Rally!
